I realize that these things take time, but as of this date, not only did
the Texas CPS people not have the evidence to remove the Yearning For
Zion children from their homes, but there appears to be no evidence for
criminal cases either.

Interesting.

Sounds like some kind of ploy to shine a bad light on Texas and

Yeah...there's TEXAS...and then there's Austin. When I lived there, the
well meaning legislators created the Texas Water Quality Board and the TQMD
wrote up their charter which gave them powers exceeding the local
police....on the "high seas" of course....translation, if it could float a
boat. They came up with regulations for which boats had to have on-board
heads, etc, and could stop you without cause at any time to board your boat
and check out compliance. Nobody ever considered that dump stations were
required to accomodate those boats that were not trailered. Complete
disaster.

If Austin got CPS started off in the same fashion, there is not telling what
they will do.

How so?

Their spiritual leader is facing life imprisonment for
exactly what they practiced.

There was probable cause to remove children from
abusive situations, without the same level of evidence
required to convict someone of a capital offense you
ignorant moron.

The very nature of a closed, cult creates a situation
that corrobrative evidence is hard to find.

But they did it against Warren Jeffs, who, at times,
resided in that community, preached his cult doctrine,
and in effect, to this day, is STILL practiced.

Even IF none are convicted, the DNA is probably
established, and if ANY underage girl is "married"
without state approval, it will still be statutory
rape.

God, you're a sick moron.

So did you rape an underage boat?

Warren Jeffs was in prison well before the raid.

Not according to the courts.

or the evidence may not actually exist.

Warren Jeffs "interpreted" their religion which they
all follow, Hartung

Not according to the courts.

There was probable cause. That's why a warrant was
issued

There wasn't sufficient corroboration on the rapes and
child abuse (by virtue of their cult secrecy)--to bing
or indict.

Warren Jeffs case proves you wrong.

Holy Shit, Hartung

Don't you consider WHY someone like Jeffs cult isn't
"liked"?

He preached child rape, child abuse, and the cult
followed(s) it.

They do NOT have a "right" to commit statutory rape.
