White House rejects regulating greenhouse gases

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Bush administration, dismissing the
recommendations of its top experts, rejected regulating the greenhouse
gases blamed for global warming Friday, saying it would cripple the
U.S. economy.
Thank God Bush is still there blocking some of this stuff. I'm
disappointed that he allowed the lunatics in congress to outlaw Edison's
lightbulb though.
I think we should bring back the vacuum tube radio and computer as well.
|
Not sure what your point is. Vacuum tubes still have their uses in high
end audio equipment. But regardless, I would be opposed to the
government banning them. Let people decide what kind of radio and what
kind of light bulbs they want to use. Its a little thing called freedom
that we used to value.

Don't worry about it, GE probably told him it was ok, the law
is less restrictive than the clueless media reported, all it says is
that bulbs must use at least 30 percent less power for the same light,
and GE has technology to make an incandescent that uses 50 percent less,
in fact, they might have helped with the law language.
|
Oh, its only that restrictive. Ok. I feel better handing over the
freedom to make or buy whatever lightbulbs I want then. Amazing!

And with that not only U.S. economy, but also all dependencies.
Good Bush!
Nope, he's just lying as per usual.
Well lookie here, Boys... we got us a shithead! Did you purchase
enough carbon credits to offset the energy used in posting that mind
boggling comeback there, Shithead?
Got nothing, I see. Why did you bother?

Just trolling for idiots...
